At VetNexa, it orchestrates end-to-end market entry and expansion (regulatory/SENASA, import, logistics, go-to-market, channel and distributor development, pricing/GTN), and the deployment of industry-relevant KPIs. Its agile and asset-light model accelerates market entry, mitigates risks and preserves profitability by incorporating simple and scalable processes.
He acts as a two-way bridge, helping global companies land in Argentina/LATAM and guiding local companies to expand internationally, packaging their proposition (validation, registration, partners, contracts and channels) to drive growth with financial discipline. He holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) and a degree in Veterinary Medicine (equivalent to DVM) from Universidad del Salvador (USAL).
